What does a laundry scent booster do?
A scent booster is primarily used to add fragrance to laundry. It is normally used alongside detergent, which remains responsible for cleaning the clothes. The format and instructions vary: some products go directly into the drum, while others may require a separate bag or a different method.
What does fabric softener do?
Traditional liquid fabric softener is normally dispensed during the rinse stage and is intended to change how fabrics feel. Suitability can vary by material, so garment labels and product instructions should always be followed.
Can one product offer both fragrance and softening?
Yes. Scentrovert Laundry® Extra Strong Scent Boosters contain added softener, combining an extra-strong fragrance with a softening element in one direct-to-drum product. They are not a detergent and should still be used with your normal laundry detergent.
How Scentrovert is used
- Add the beads to the bottom of the empty washing-machine drum.
- Load the laundry on top.
- Add normal detergent as usual.
- Choose the correct wash programme for the garments.
No separate laundry bag is required, and the product works at 20°C.
Which should you choose?
